The house was located conveniently close to the airport. It was in a secure, gated community full of gorgeous homes. It was beautiful and very tastefully and contemporarily decorated. The entire house was kept very clean by the housekeeper and her assistants. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. They all had televisions (FYI most channels are Spanish speaking). The house was fully equipped with modern conveniences such as WIFI, outside speakers, etc. Lastly, the pool was lovely and the tiki hut area provided a comfortable spot for escape when the sun got too harsh. I imagine that it would be a great place for outdoor dining when the wind is not a factor. Even if you are not golfers I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to visit the bars and/or restaurants and explore the surrounding property. We also drove them to the Eco Park and swam in the crystal clear fresh water lagoons. All of the on-site beach areas could be reached by golf cart as well. It was possible to walk to one area of beach from the house. The water on the beaches was incredible shades of blue but as it was February, it was very windy on the beach. I would be remiss if I did not mention the staff. Marc, the on-site concierge, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He checked on us in person a couple of times a day and made himself available via phone/text as well. Samuel, the butler was so sweet and willing to help with all requests. He even loaned us his personal cooler to take to the beach. Stephanie, the chef, was precious and worked hard all day to prepare the meals. She was very open to any requests if it was possible to get the ingredients. The only thing I would say is that if you do not speak Spanish there will be a bit of a language barrier. However, Stephanie speaks English fairly well and can translate to everyone. In conclusion, we had a group of 12 people and everyone was extremely happy and loved this property and its staff. Overall it was a great experience.
